Project Engineering
1. Lead and monitor the project (including special/transfer project) schedule (translate the design into manufacturing of real products)
2. build up project team within operation department and allocate resources for all projects;
3. follow up sample product quality and certification in order to keep samples meet our spec and quality;
4. participate in new supplier selecting process in order to control project cost and product quality;
5. coordinate with supplier throughout the project in order to maintain customer satisfaction;
6. control and monitor project budget (i.e. apply for CER, cost estimation, etc.)
in order to ensure ensure completion of projects within timeframe, costs and budgeted spending.

Equipment and Processes Design
1. Lead a team to design, make and debug equipment and process concepts,
2. participate in the design,validate the samples together with R&D and Quality and projects Depts., ensure that the process meets manufacturing cost target.
3. Provide tech. support to other production site
in order to get continious process and equipment improvement.

Process Improvement
1. Identifying areas of cost savings and productivity improvements, allocate resources in order to drive process improvement projects;
2. ensure that the team uses dedicated tools (six sigma, kaizen, lean, TEOA, ...)
in order to drive process improvements.

tooling design and improvement
1. Supports product design and prototype/production tool development activities for components by researching and benchmarking product and tool designs in order to get better tooling and cost.
2. Ensures the timely, accurate, and successful translation of product functional design requirements into manufacturable product designs in order to get better product introduction.
3. Ensures a successful simultaneous development of product and process designs for components by working with the Product Engineer, Designer and Quality Engineer in order to good product introduction.


Position Requirement:"Education, Technical Qualification & Experience"

1. Bachelor in Engineering (mechanical preferred)
2. 3 years experience in operations (including 1 year process experience)
3. Good English
