General Function: 生产主管

    Work within Flow team ensuring proper safety, and quality standards are followed. Work with the production team and other departments on production schedule to meet customers' needs. Take full responsibility for workshop management.

Essential Responsibilities:

? Arrange the daily work of responsible production lines.

? Work within Flow team ensuring company's safety, quality and 5S standard are followed.

? Ensure team members wear all appropriate safety equipment and follow all company safety procedures.

? Works with the team for continual improvement.

? Track the efficiency and meet the company's target.

? Train personnel on proper procedures for each operation to ensure their understanding and compliance with established procedures. Ensure every operator is qualified.

? Work with engineers for products/process changes and improvements.
? Support engineer samples, production validations, and other activities of new projects.

? Monitor drawings and work instructions are correctly used on the line.

? Ensure team cleans and maintains equipment and keeps a safe and clean working environment.

Essential Responsibilities (continued)

? Must be able to stand and flex to a variety of work stations for duration of shift. Being the backup for any station in the production management team.

? Report all paperwork that is required of the company's system.

? Manage the labor work time. Arrange and monitor the overtime work.

? Work with team to report production date into Oracle system.

? Work with engineers closely to solve production problems.

Basic Qualifications:
EDUCATION
College Degree

EXPERIENCE
At least five years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or related experience. And minimum of three years of production supervisor experience. Safety belt industry work experience is preferred.

Position requires:

.Excellent communication skills are required.
.Must be able to contribute overtime as required to complete productions in a timely manner
. Must have a working knowledge in computer sciences to operate in a Windows environment using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
. Good skills in English reading and writing;
. Simple oral English is required, can communicate with foreigner by simple English.
. Oracle experience is desired.
