职位描述：
Job Summary: Develop detailed technical proposals for company products, complete with estimated costs, to BEP Sales staff, management, and the customer that meet project requirements and provide for BEP to make a reasonable profit on the project. Gather all project specifications from customer, on a timely basis, to create project work order that will achieve company and project objectives outlined in a clear scope of work and in accordance with all current corporate and quality policies and procedures.

Job Specifications: Four-year undergraduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is desired. 1-3 years of experience in the special machine industry as related to the automotive market with familiarity with modern computer hardware and control components is stongly preferred. Direct experience in managing medium to large scale projects and or managing project teams with a track record of bringing projects in on time and within a planned budget a plus. The Applications Engineer should have an understanding of basic accounting and cost estimating practices. Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering methods used in the manufacturing and design of special machines is desired. Any experience with automoative testing and/or any knowledge of automotive engineering is a plus. The Applications Engineer must have the ability to communicate with customers, and BEP employees regarding the technical aspects of BEP software and hardware. Excellent writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self Starter. Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and problem solving.

Primary Skills and Responsibilities: (Others may be assigned.)
? It is expected that, on average, Applications Engineering related work comprises approximately 75-85% of the workload, and Project Management related work comprises the remaining 25-15%, respectively
? Work with outside sales engineers/sales agents, and customers as needed to finalize RFQ specifications
? Develop concepts used in preparation of machine quotations
? Develop a plausible and comprehensible project implementation plan
? Develop detailed technical proposals (in English) for fully integrated systems
? Prepare cost estimates
? Assist in processing of new work orders (job orders)
? Chair new order line up meetings
? Interface as needed between Project Management and Sales/Sales agents on active orders
? Monitor the mechanical/electrical designs for adherence to proposed Scope of Work
? Assist management in developing new procedures and processes for the AE/PM department
? Provide auxiliary customer support on an as needed basis 举报 分享
