职位描述：
Responsibility 主要职责：
1. Responsible for internal and external financial and management reports, inline with company standards, Chinese GAAP, and US GAAP. 负责内部和外部的财务和管理报告, 适用和遵守公司标准、中国公认会计准则剂美国公认会计准则。
2. Effectively involved in the management of financial activities. 参与管理财务事务。
3. Management of the operating cash flow including investments, accounts receivable and payable, cost and inventory account. Team implementing the ERP system. 经营性现金流的管理，包括投资、应收账款、应付账款和库存。协同实施ERP系统。
4. Coordinate across functional departments to assist the General Manager/Supervisor to ensure good business practices are followed throughout the company.协调各职能部门以帮助总经理/总监确保整个公司的良好运作。
5. Prepare the annual budget for company management. 做好公司年度预算管理。
6. Ensure the accuracy of the product costing system, reporting the production variances to company management. 确保产品成本核算系统的准确性，向总经理汇报生产差异。
7. Proactive analysis of business trends, developing relevant index to measure the performance of the business. 积极的分析商业趋势,发展相关指标来衡量公司的经营状况。
8.Establish and oversee proper internal business policies and procedures. 合理的建立和监督公司内部业务政策和程序。
9. Monthly report is necessary 每月的工作报告
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior 完成上级主管交办的其他事宜

Requirement 任职资格：
1.Business analysis skills with solid experience in finance, cost accounting, and business control, preferably in a foreign invested company.在财务管理、成本核算和经营控制方面具备丰富的经验和分析能力，具备外资公司工作经验者更佳。
2. At least 3 years working experience as Finance Manager for a manufacturing company in the mechanical industry 三年以上机械制造型企业财务经理工作经验
3. Strong focus on quality, accuracy, deadlines, and orderly work. 高度关注质量、准确性、时间期限和有序工作。
4. Analytical approach in problem solving and risk management. 掌握解决问题和风险管理的分析方法。
5. Good communication and presentation skills.良好的沟通和表达能力。
6. University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 本科及以上学历，财务、会计或工商管理专业。
7.Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 熟练使用办公软件，特别是Excel。
8.Fluent in English, both written and oral are vital important. 英语流利（说、写非常重要）。
10.Strong ERP related knowledge. 丰富的ERP相关知识。
12. Willing to work in the Qianzhou industry zone of Wuxi for long time愿意在无锡前洲地区长期工作。
