职位描述：
? Responsible for PO process: place/push out/pull in/cancel PO with supplier to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer requirement.
? Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery.
? Assists with purchasing of general and specialized equipment, materials or capital goods. Receives requisitions and checks each item for quantity, specifications and delivery requirements. Maintains records of all requisitions to ensure purchases remain within budget and on schedule.
? Deal with goods return issue with Quality.
? Materials Inventory control
? Coordinate with Supplier payment application. Monthly invoice check against PO to resolve all invoice discrepancies for assigned supply base in a timely manner
? Other tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements:
Materials management/purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Must be detail-oriented.
Ability to easily interface with all levels of the organization, external vendors, etc. is required.
High school diploma ,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 举报 分享
