职位描述：
Your tasks & responsibilities:
? Is globally responsible for all Asian customers (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) for product group Engine
Mounts
? Is responsible for profitability to contribution margin level for the customer group
? Acquires, tracks, industrializes until end of life cycle
? Ensures customer specific strategy in alignment with Sales
? Plans global resources in alignment with regional heads
? Ensures adherence process for engineering changes and cost evaluation of projects
? Drives the development process according to customer expectations
? Monitors project budget
? Assures support for technical concerns in the plants
? Supports product portfolio and product roadmap
? Ensures customer specific skills and trainings, enables transfer of lessons learned


Your profile:
? University degree (Bachelor/Master) in technical field (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
? At least 10 years of experience in project/program management or business development with
close customer contacts
? Strong Automotive background
? Powertrain product knowledge is preferred
? Entrepreneurial business acumen
? Strong communication skills as team members are located around the globe
? Leadership skills and teambuilding experience in a multinational global environment 举报 分享
