职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Planning and Budgeting
(i) Develop and implement TEOA --- SCS operating budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget;
(ii) allocate department target to subordinates & monitor their performance;
(iii) develop departmental headcount planning & budgeting
2. Policies and Procedures
Oversee the implementation of TE's TEOA ---SCS policies, procedures and systems in order to provide working guidelines and direction for the TEOA team members
3. People Management & Development
(i) Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports;
(ii) Review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance;
(iii) Mentor, develop and motivate them
(iv) Help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted dept performance and retain key talent.
4. Project Preparation
(i) Initiate, and direct key operation advantage projects (incl. 5S+1, VSM, Visual Factory, Standard Work, QCPC, TPM, Quick Change Over, Mistake Proofing,
Cell Design, Material Replenishment & Flow, 3P, 6 Sigma, VOC);
(ii) Review and approve the feasibility of project plans;
(iii) Oversee and monitor the key milestones of the projects and provide technical suggestions and coordinate resources to resolve project issues;
(iv) Participate the key project meetings (e.g. Kick-off);
5. Contiuous improvement
1). Implement 5S to change employee behavior and working environment
2). Implement visualized management to expose issues and wastage (including
3). Improve and standardize issues reporting and escalation process with responsible working flow in order to solve operation defects timely.
4). Based on VSM, improve existing workshop layout and process flow by using lean tools to enhance quick flow and stable operations and reduce WIP (Wait in Process) with shorter cycle time and better delivery performance.
5). Extend lean management to logistics and supplier in order to improve total supply chain response speed and customer service satisfaction with lower inventory.
6). Define best practice projects and implement lean workshop to exchange best experience in order to improve overall lean capability.
6. Reporting
1). Develop standard project chart and reporting guideline to ensure data
accuracy
2). Align project reporting data with company financial target to ensure solid improvement and saving.
3). Facilicate and track project result timely to keep improvement progressing
4). Consolidate data and complete required lean/6-Sigma reporting from business
unit and corporate

SKILLS REQUIRED
? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
? Lean concept training
? 3 years in lean function + 5 years of operation supervision experience
? Manage through system, problem-solving skills, persuasive, build effective team,
