Qualifications

1.The position typically requires a degree in Accounting related major.

2.Good English skills and communication skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.

3.Be familiar to MS Office, specially excel, lotus Notes

Responsibilities
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1.Assistant to match system invoice with VAT invoices from suppliers

2.Preparation of payment voucher

3.Input payment voucher into AP system, and filling payment voucher and invoices.

4.Preparation of journal entries

5.Assistant to bank reconciliations and account reconciliations

6.Assistant to monthly closing documentation: download report from system, print and file for documentation. 举报 分享
