岗位描述

 

1，为活动运营提供优质场地、设备等后勤支持和保障，提升客户体验；

2，负责活动、会议相关供应商（酒店，同传，背景板，LED等）的议价谈判及合同的签订管理

3，预算控制：制定和管控会议项目的预算，确保支出成本价值最大化

4，高效的沟通：能够有效的与领导，他部门的同事及客户进行沟通，出色完成项目

5，协助上级领导完成其他重要事务

 

岗位要求

 

1，本科学位（市场营销，公共关系管理，广告，会议会展），1年以上相关经验优先

2，较好英语沟通能力

3，为人正直，责任性强，有一定的创新能力

4，能接受经常出差
