岗位名称: 研发助理工程师

purpose of position: to provide active process engineering support to material process supervisor in material workshop, including wire, tubing, shapesetting, etc. to improve the company’s manufacturing processes and achieve the best result for sales

work responsibilities:
工作责任:

1. responsible for process improvements, including capability, capacity, efficiency, and quality improvements;
负责工艺改善，包括能力、产量、效率和质量方面的改善；
2. responsible for giving process support to production and for investigating and solving process problems;
负责给生产提供工艺方面的支持，负责调查和解决工艺问题；
3. develop processes & parameters for new products both prior to and in preparation for process and equipment validation;
负责开发新产品生产的工艺和参数，并进行工艺和生产验证；
4. develop processes for cost-reduction goals;
负责改善工艺以达到降低成本的目的；
5. be responsible for planning and selection of equipment, fixture, tools and spare parts.

6. trains and calibrates operators/technician in the company’s manufacturing processes and procedures

7. develops and maintains a close working relationship with the manufacturing and quality assurance department and our technology partners
