JOB DESCRITION:
岗位描述: Test Engineer
As Test Engineer you play an important role in the development of new products. You support the qualification of new products and provide suggestions to the project team based on test analysis.
 
You are responsible for:
1. Testing
---Know the detailed test request clearly before testing.
---Testing prototype units and components
---Testing failed units from production line
---Test returned units from market
---Make the test procedure in according with IAT test procedure.
---Feedback test data in time to project team.
---Solve the fault during testing quickly.
---Make the project qualification plan together with project team.
---Make the test plan together with Lab Team Leader.

2. Test results/reports
---Make sure the test result is correct according to the IAT test procedure.
---Write the clear test report with enough units’ information.
---Analysis the test result in detail, Make good suggest solutions, advice for the design.
---Store the report in correct folder on server.

3. Test fixtures and tools
---Design the simple test fixture according to the test request.
---Make some tools NPP to improve test efficiency.

4. Test equipment maintenance
---Make calibration request for instrument, FAD pipes and some tools.
---For the special instrument, need to contact with AC Wuxi or other brother company to borrow.
---Can learn new advanced test instrument.

5. Safety
---Ensure the lab operator work in safe environment.
---Find unsafe factors, then improve.

6. Efficiency
---Increase the test efficiency by test method improvement, tools add, ect.
---Take the initiative in coming up with good ideas to improve work quality of Lab.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: This includes but does not limit to age, gender, education, working experience, language,
Computer and personality.

Experience requirements
Experience in a product engineering environment is a plus

 Knowledge / Educational requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Major in electrical and mechanical Auto control.
2. Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
3. Being familiar with oil injection screw compressors is a plus
4. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes is an asset

Personality requirements
1. You are a team player and you like to work in a hands-on environment
2. You are a good communicator and like to take initiative

Pan-Asia introduction
To further improve the efficiency of the assembly operations for oil-injected screw compressors and air treatment in East China, Atlascopco group has decided to move the engineering and production competence of oil-injected screw compressors from Bolaite to Wuxi.

Pan-Asia Gas Technology (Wuxi) is a newly created company located in current Pneumatech premise which will host oil - injected screws of Bolaite and small refrigerant dryers, air receivers and small filters of Pneumatech.
