职位描述：

Main Responsibilities:

1) PILOT: organize the pre-test meeting to discuss and validate :

- the objectives of the test

- the configuration of the samples to be tested

- customer (and U-shin) specifications and conditions of testing

- conditions of test and parameters to be monitored during the test

- the timing of the test

- the test report format

- update and validate the test request according to the conclusions of the meeting

2) PILOT: check the integrity of the test samples before test realization.

3) PILOT: perform the tests in the right timing according to the Design Validation and Product Validation plans.

4) PILOT: reports the test results in the standard format and in correlation to the validation plan. The test reports must be validated by the Laboratory department manager before delivery to Project.

5) CONTRIBUTOR: contribute in the technical analyze of the failures during CV, DV and PV. Support the Product Engineer in this activity.

6) CONTRIBUTOR: assist the Department manager to specify, select and validate new test equipments and tools.

7) CONTRIBUTOR: in the continuous improvement of the laboratory by making each month Good Proposals.

8) CONTRIBUTOR: on the application of the environmental rules.Apply for himself that:

- the Environmental rules are applied, specifically relating to the dangerous substances, saving energy & materials and protection of environment.

- the Safety and Regulation rules are applied.
