职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Responsibility
1. 负责汽车内外饰注塑件产品设计及开发，负责产品概念设计，设计计算，3D设计2D工程图绘制和曲面设计。
New product design and development；Be responsible for conceptual design, design calculation, FEA analysis and 2D drawing.
2. 了解客户技术需求，进行技术可行性分析，编制报价Design-BOM。
Acquire customer technical requirement, conduct technical feasibility study, carry out quotation Design-BOM.
3. 负责快速样件的检查和验证。
Be responsible for check and verify rapid prototype.
4. 负责零件的材料评估和选择。
Be responsible for raw material evaluation and selection.
5. 负责本地3D/2D设计及发布。
Be responsible for design release for local design 3D/2D.
6. 负责工程设计变更相关数据/图纸的更改，检查和发布 。
ECN relevant 3D/2D checking and release.
7. 负责编制E-BOM/DFMEA。
Be responsible for E-BOM, DFMEA.
8. 负责产品的模具概念设计评审。
Be responsible for tooling concept review.
9. 负责样品测试夹具的设计评审。
Be responsible for test jig & fixture design review.
10. 负责产品的设计评审和发布。
Be responsible for product design review and release.
11. 工程规范及图纸建档、发放及回收。
Control the drawings and engineering specification, issue to users and take it back.
12. 与客户和公司总部进行良好技术交流和沟通，确保产品开发符合客户技术质量和成本要求。
Communicate with customer and head office to support new program development to meet customer’s requirement.
13. 与公司各部门保持沟通和交流，确保产品设计有良好的工艺性。
 Communicate with internal departments to ensure the design is easy for manufacturing and assembly.

岗位要求 Job Requirements
1. 具备汽车行业内外饰注塑件产品的结构设计经验，熟悉注塑模具，对冲压模具有一定的了解更好。
Experienced in mechanical design for plastic products automotive industry, familiar with plastic injection tooling and stamping tooling structure.
2. 具备扎实的机械理论知识 (如: 机械设计,机械原理,材料力学等) 。
Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge (i.e. Mechanical designing, Mechanic theory, Mechanics of materials, etc.).
3. 有较强的创新设计能力。
Possess innovative ability for mechanical design.
4. 熟练使用CATIA。
Skilled in using CATIA.
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good command of both oral and written English skill.
7. 本科或以上学历，5年以上汽车行业相关工作经，3年以上汽车内外饰塑料产品设计经验优先。
Bachelor degree， above 5 years working experience in automotive industry
, more than 3 years design experience in plastic product is prefer.
8.优秀的沟通技巧, 团队合作意识强。
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team work spirit.
9.能在高压下工作。
Able to work under pressure.
