工作职责:
Responsibilities
1. 根据既定的业务目标调整生产部门的长期和短期生产目标。
Adjust the long-term and short-term production objectives according to targeted objectives.
2. 发展和管理生产计划，包括数量计划、劳动计划和支出、材料成本、资本支出和其他为达标的支出预算。
Draw and mange production plans, i.e. amount plan, labor plan, and expenditures budget including material cost, capital expenditures and other targeted expenditures.
3. 开展并实施组织框架以加强生产的有效性和效率。
Build up and implement production organization to enforce effectiveness and efficiency.
4. 与品保等其他部门配合，确定衡量方式，并采取必要行动以保证绩效目标得到满足。
Work with Quality Department and others to confirm measuring method and take actions to achieve performance objectives.
5. 根据全球和地方标准监测质量，并采取必要行动，以确保质量达到适当的水平。Monitor quality basing on global and local standards, take actions to make sure the quality level.
6. 确保最大限度地提高效率和生产设备的生产力。
Make sure the maximizing of efficiency and the productivity of the production equipment.
7. 确保产量、成本、产品质量和生产计划达标。
Make sure the production, cost, quality and production plan meet target.
8. 定期审查安全和工作环境，以确保遵守一般工作场所安全标准。
Carry out regular safety and working environment audit and make sure all follow general workplace safety standards.
9. 领导并指导团队发展的方向。
Lead and guide the team’s direction.
10. 开展并管理员工培训计划，并促进其操作技能。
Work out and manage the employee training plans, and upgrading their operating skills.
11. 管理并发展主管，确保其有效管理的连续性，以便能够满足长期和短期的人力资源需求。
Supervise and train the Supervisors, make sure the continuity of effective management to fulfill long-term and short-term human resources demands.

岗位要求：
Qualifications
1. 有自动车床生产相关管理经验；机械专业本科以上学历或相关。
Management experience in automatic lathe field; diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
2. 8年以上生产制造环境工作经验，熟悉生产、供应链、质量、EHS管理体系等，有雄厚的技术背景者优先。
At last 8 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment; be familiar with production, supplier chain, quality, EHS management system, etc.; prefer candidates with strong technical background.
3. 明确的对精益的热情;对熟悉使用丰田生产系统的生产制造环境，精益生产，或有类似经验者优先。
Strong enthusiasm to Lean; preferable with experience in the manufacturing environment under TPS, Lean Production or equivalent.
4. 优秀的领导能力，具有团队精神并有良好的辅导能力，能挑战并推动团队有更好的表现
Have good leadership skills, team-worker and good coaching ability; can challenge and promote the team for better performance.
5. 良好的沟通与表达能力，英文口语与书面表达流利。
Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
6. 能够在高压下工作。
