职位描述：
1. 负责公司来料检验， inspection of incoming material;

2. 负责产品发货前检验， 包括, inspection of products to be delivered, including:

2.1. 锯切料，Cut-off blocks with band saw machines;

2.2. 机加工料， machined blocks ( milled and ground) ;

2.3. 热处理料，heat treated materials;

3. 纸质记录归档， Archive all inspection records in paper form;

4. 检验记录录入电脑，Recording inspection result into computer;

5. 产品异常情况的反馈，reporting of non-conforming products;

6. 月度灭火器情况的点检，monthly inspection of fire extinguishers;

7. 氮气系统周点检，weekly inspection of nitrogen system;

8. 经理安排的其他工作, other work assigned by Quality Manager

 

任职要求：

1. 机械工程专业，大专以上学历，2年及以上质检工作经验;

        Mechanical Engineering, college or above, minimum 2 years inspector working experience

2. 熟练应用各类量具和检具：卡尺、粗糙度仪、超声波探伤仪、各类硬度计、金相显微镜等；

        Have a good command of measuring instruments, such as caliper, roughness instrument, ultrasonic detector, hardness tester, microscope, etc.;

3. 具有钢材和热处理检测经验, Experience with steel and heat treatment inspection

4. 工作积极主动、认真负责；Proactive, diligent, and accountable

5. 周一到周五早班中班两班倒。早班（7:00-15:00）,中班（13:00-21:00）；Be able to work on two shifts.

6. 周六和周日可以根据需要加班,我公司严格按照国家劳动法规定支付加班费。 Work overtime on Saturday and Sunday if needed, we pay overtime salary accordance with the "Labor Law". 举报 分享
