2.组织贯彻工艺纪律，要求并指导生产工人按工艺规程进行生产。

3.按时向生产部上报日产量和月产量，并及时报告重大问题。

4.组织执行“三检制”，不断提高实物质量。

5.对安全防范工作坚持“三级教育”、“三不伤害”教育和日常教育。

6.组织员工对设备的正确使用和保养，保证设备完好率和清洁度达标。

7.组织生产的物流和定置管理，保证工作的整洁。

8.指导并组织员工按要求填写质量、工时完成等方面记录。

9.建立车间内部各项管理制度并组织实施。

10.完成上级领导的其它任务。

岗位要求：

1、本科或相关以上学历，

2、现生产工作5年以上。

3、现生产管理3年以上。

4、熟悉各类产品的工艺流程和工序操作规程。

5、掌握车间管理的各项基本知识。

6、有效的指导、指示和激励员工的能力。

7、为完成目标有较好计划和管理能力。

8、有较好的书面和口头表达能力。
