Role Summary:
职责概括: Be responsible for projects about facility.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务： 1. Lead project from initiation phase (concept design, layout proposal, budget preparation, time planning) to implementation phase (ensure safety, quality and time line).
2. Prepare clear time planning for machine installation, defining the necessary utilities (compressed air, suction, electrical power, gas, vacuum, water, …) and define support required from European supplier
3. Prepare layout and specification regarding machine installation, cooperate with external supplier for the execution of the job
4. Cooperate with maintenance and facility department to assure installation are properly done, technical documentation is collected and archived, training is done to operator and machine SOP is done properly
5. Analyze customer demand and production capacity to identify what kind of machines is needed in future, require and get approval for new investment, prepare time planning for capacity growth.
6. Cooperate with manufacturing engineering team to make improvement in machine or re-layout
7. Partnership with facility for preparation, monitoring construction projects.
8. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
Years of Experience in the positions:
本岗位工作经验： 6 years working experience in relevant industry.
Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求： 1. Experience in project management in construction company or on construction site;
2. Familiar with construction companies in Wuxi and Jiangsu province with high quality standard and fast response time;
3. Bachelor‘s degree, mechanic relevant major;
4. Ability to use AutoCAD software;
5. Ability to operate standard office business machines. Requires MS Office skills, knowledge of Microsoft project is preferred;
6. Good communication and coordination skills, English knowledge is a must;
7. Available to work on weekend and during holiday in case of needs.
