职位描述：
Product Development Engineer产品开发工程师
工作内容：

1.As the link between Sales and Production/Quality, fully responsible for the new product： including the development process and related documents;
作为销售部和生产部/质量部之间的桥梁，全面负责新产品开发,包括：全程跟踪新项目开发过程和编制工艺文件；
2.Responsible for the whole process to develop and manufacture a sample for a new product where there is a new product request from sales dept. until the customer confirms the product and its specifications;
当销售部有一个新产品需求时，负责整个新产品样品的开发制作过程，直到该新产品样品和样品的规格都得到客户的确认；
3.Iusse, update, confirm the new products SOP and PSB (WI for process and machine operation); ensure WI executed correctly released /DCC;
编制、更新、审核新产品现场作业指导书SOP and PSB（生产工艺规范，设备操作规范）,确保文件正确有效受控；
4.Cooperate with PM/QM and Sales Dept. to develop products, mix, formulate according to customer’s requirement;
与生产经理/质量经理， 和销售部密切配合开发新产品，并按照客户和市场需求去调整和设计；
5.Support and involve in all new project development process， follow up and verify the process ability within first mass production;
配合所有新产品开发工作，跟进新产品初期量产的工序；
6.Follow up not only for the new product, but also for the updates of the exsiting projects, provide qualified samples on time;
负责新项目及变更项目的跟进 ，按时提交合格样品；
7.Organize project meeting (project preparation and project release ), follow up relevant documents for new project;
组织项目会议并跟踪新项目相应文件；
8.Give product and application technical support and training to sales man, also give the prompt feedback of the new products status;
给予销售人员产品及应用方面的技术支持与培训,并及时将新品开发的进程反馈给相关销售人员；
9.Help the sales man to give solution and suggestion once customer has technical problems during new products operating according to past experience of operation condition anlysis and accumulated company reference cases;
根据日常工作中对客户的各种工况分析和公司使用案例的分析所积累的经验，帮助销售员解答用户在新产品使用中出现的各种问题；
10.Set up data-base and record of the new products into SAP system;
对新产品建立数据库，并录入SAP系统；
11.Early warning for problematic product according to the oberservation to the new product process;
根据对新产品开发进程的观察和监控，对有问题的产品做出及时预警；
12.Work and act according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001;
根据ISO 9001质量管理体系, ISO 14001环境管理体系 和OHSAS18001职业健康及安全管理体系工作和行动；
13.Other tasks by supervisor,GM.
完成上级主管及总经理下达的任务。

工作资格：
1.Bachelor degree or above with major in Textile engineer or similar;
大学本科及以上，纺织工程或相关专业；
2.5 to 10 years of working experience, preferably in R&D of non-woven industry or similar;
5~10年工作经验，无纺布工业研发或相关领域优先；
3.Good written and some spoken English;
英语口语良好、书写流利；
4.Be good at computer operation,be Familiar with SAP;
熟悉计算机操作、熟悉SAP；
5.Experiences in quality management/with QM systems (e.g. ISO 9001, Int. textile standards etc.)
熟悉质量体系ISO9001；
6.non-woven industry,Chemical knowledge,Mechanical knowledge;
无纺布知识、化学知识、机械知识；
7.Strong Internal Communication skills,Detail-oriented,Quality sense,Analysis and problem solving,Detail-oriented,Teamwork.
