Education教育:
? College’s or University degree in Engineering with Mechanical and/or electrical background.
? Fluent in written and spoken English

Work Experience工作经验:
? More than 5 years purchasing experience from Multinational Company.

Knowledge and capabilities知识和能力:
? Business oriented.
? Thorough and meticulous in planning and purchasing.
? Be familiar with sourcing procedures, supply management and simple production planning.
? Skilled in Microsoft office package.
? ERP skills are preferred.
? Capable of generating detailed reports.
? Be honest and a good team player.
? High quality standards, reliable, trustworthy, cost conscious.
? High degree of personal integrity and confidence
? Cooperative

Job Responsibility工作职责:
Responsible for负责;
? A communication window to suppliers and trading customer for rolling forecasts, material procurement, order processing and follow up suppliers.
? Secure material availability to production and optimize raw material stock levels.
? Set the stock level targets and make rolling forecast to specific suppliers.
? Issue purchase order to supplier and follow up.
? Track supplier invoices and payment statuses.
? Monitor supplier performance and supplier delay alert.
? Generate shortage reports, chase in shortages ensuring production is not interrupted.
? Continuously find saving opportunities while ensuring company quality standards, delivery time and cost.
? Report supplier logistical performance by month.
? Update & ensure reject material is returned & processed correctly.
? Control of account payable for purchased commodity.
? Update of supplier database (agreements, evaluations, contacts and finance etc.).
? Provide reports and documents to department manger.
? Other Tasks required by Manager
