职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Establishment, implementation, improvement, documentation, maintenance of Safety&health, Environment and Energy management system (Hereby called SHE) in line with internal and external requirements, e.g. OHSAS18001, AQ/T9006, ISO14001, ISO50001, and ensure effectiveness according to QSHE requirements, company policy and local laws & regulations.
? Review current process/activities for further improvement, implement initiatives to meet local government/company requirements on SHE issues. Make improvement of SHE performance to achieve SHE targets.
? Identify and collect new legislations that affect our business, develop procedures to ensure compliance.
? Communicate, provide guidance and support with regard to corporate standards, relevant policies, guidelines, practices and information to relevant departments
? Develop and implement SHE training program, tools and techniques to improve all staff SHE awareness and skill, promote safe behavior.
? Conduct internal audit / onsite 6S inspections as per scheduled plan to ascertain and report the status of compliance. Coordinate external audits e.g. Third party audits, customer, vendor, government, etc. Follow up all corrective actions for internal audit and external audit
? Organize SHE risk assessments and risk report, develop preventive measures.
? Ensure reporting of incidents/accident in A&I database timely. Lead incident/accident investigation process and verify that corrective actions are well implemented. Collect A&I lesson learned from AC A&I database to share it with all employees.
? Keep good contact with local government about SHE matters. Lead SHE assessment / government approval for new projects, Administer SHE regulatory compliance for new business.
? Manage SHE contract with related suppliers together with NPP purchasing.
? Data collection for sustainability reporting and government reporting.
? Prepare SHE reports, Member of SHE council meeting.
? Responsible for publishing and maintaining SHE visual management.

Main Requirements:
1. More than 8 years of working experience in multinational company, 3 years more work in EHS management role.
2. Familiar with utility equipment (Electric power station, compressor, cooling system, fire-fighting system etc.) and special equipment (Crane, forklift, welding process, etc.)
3. Have experience of setting up or maintenance OHSAS18001, AQ/T9006, ISO14001.
4. Have ISO50001 energy management experience is a plus
5. University degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical, Safety Management, Environment and related specialty.
6. ISO14001/OHSAS18001 internal auditor certificate.
7. Willing to learn in SHE technical and regulations.
8. National registered safety engineer is a plus
9. Good communication skills, good teamwork, broad knowledge of industry control.
10. Positive thinking, open-minded, work independently, and initiate solutions to challenge.
11. Good English both oral and written,same command as computer skills. 举报 分享
