职位描述：
Areas of Responsibility:
1. It is the responsibility of a Process Engineer (PE) to plan, initiate, monitor and coordinate for existing and/or new manufacturing activities.
2. Preparation of process management plan (PMP), process instruction, work instruction, visual aids and all other process related documents. It is also the responsibility of a PE to ensure the conformance to these documents at all time.
3. Process capability assessment. PE must be able to carry out process capability assessment for all the products based on customer requirement.
4. Qualification of all the indirect materials, eg. tools, fixtures, trays, adhesive and etc.
5. It is the responsibility of PE to build up a supplier’s network to ensure all the necessary external assists are in place for smooth operation.
6. Train/certify trainers and technicians on process related matters, as well as assist in operator certification process if necessary. Training materials preparation is thus the responsibility of a PE.
7. Generate yield monitoring reports on a regular basis as required by supervisor.
8. Drive for continuous yield improvement through data analysis and engineering evaluation.
9. It is the responsibility of process engineer to plan and supervises the job of process technician.
10. PE is required to work on shift and overtime, as well as provide 24 hours phone call support to PT if deemed necessary.

1.1st pass yield improvement
2.scrap reduction
Participete in product and process Tool Design Reuiew to achieve Error Proofing in processes.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics preferred.
Bachelor Degree of other discipline with relevant working experience would be considered too.
Experience:
1 – 3 years Hook Up assembly experience preferred.
Fresh graduate with good academic results would be considered.
Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge:
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Fluent written and oral English.
*Better to have candidates with HDD experiences.
Computer literate.
Knowledge in Six Sigma will be added advantage. 举报 分享
