职位描述：
1.Introduce the new method&processes to optimize production orders&plan for Prod. Rolled Goods and Prod. Bag Making to assure timely delivery times， based on sales orders from sales department;
根据销售订单，引入新方法&新工艺，对现有的订单处理，卷装和制袋生产计划进行最大程度地优化，以确保及时发货；
2.Coordination and commnunication of Sales/order handling/Prod. Rolled Goods/Prod. Bag Making; Coordination&timely adjustment of production planning rolled goods and production planning bag making；
负责销售/订单/卷装生产/制袋生产各部门之间的协调和沟通，及时调整卷装和制袋生产计划；
3.Confirm goods delivery deadline of every production orders and provide feedback to sales department;
确认每个生产订单完工期并及时将结果反馈至销售部；
4.Reduce felt stock which is ready for bag making (=slit rolls);Reduce the stock of finished goods;
合理减少（用于制袋的）滤料仓库库存；合理安排袋口/加固/袋底***生产时间（以正好满足制袋生产为宜），确保袋口/加固/袋底在制袋车间的最少存放时间和最低存放数量；合理减少成品仓库库存；
5.Coordination and operative administration of the customer packaging with due regard to the corresponding customer standards shared; Shipping arrangement and Manage products delivery according to customer order;
根据相应的客户标准负责客户包装的协调管理，根据客户订单安排运输和产品交付；
6.Push sales to have goods shipped as per contract；
督促销售按照合同发货；
7.Conduct production statistics to determine status of assigned projects and to resolve problems affecting production schedules;Make the analysis and the proposal how to solve;
负责生产统计，处理影响产品进度的问题；分析并提出解决问题的建议；
8.Warehouse management, organization and 6S;
仓库管理、组织和6S；
9.Train subordinates constantly to improve their skills;
培育部署，不断提高其工作技能;
10.Support for the preparation of the relevant declarations and clearance measures to be carried out taking into account legal and country-specific points of view in timely manner with cetral SCM function; logistics cost;
支持相关报关和清关的准备工作，从供应链管理及物流成本的角度及时推进帐户合法化并符合国家具体的政策；
11.Ensure the logistical quality of the location in order to guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction to the
controlling of the location and in order to safeguard external and external supply to customers Internal logistics (receipt and acceptance of incoming goods / -,transport, waste disposal, warehouse..) ;
确保物流质量，保证高比率的客户满意度以外部控制、外部供应及内部物流（来料的收据和验收、运输、废品处理、仓库等）；
12.Instituting the operative internal handling in order to ensure the current daily business and guarantee the optimum control and management in safety way; implemented the general principle such as 5S, FIFO , Visual management , Dangerous goods storage etc. and provide related report to controlling;
制定有效的内部处理机制确保日常业务的运行，确保安全的***控制和管理，实施5S、FIFO、可视化管理、危险品存储等一般原则并提供相关报告；
13.Train staffs, support implementation and improve SAP in the Logistic, Prod. Planning department;
在物流部及生产计划部培训并提高员工的SAP技能；
14.Responsible to implement and follow up of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 18001 in logisitics department;
负责在物流部门实施和贯彻ISO9001，ISO14001和ISO 18001体系；
15.Other tasks by supervisor,COO and GM.
完成上级主管、首席运营官及总经理下达的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1.Over 5-year warehouse & logistics management experience, over 3-year logistics manager experience;
5年以上仓库物流相关工作经验(其中3年以上管理岗位经验)
2.Above bachelor degree of economic or logistic;
经济类或物流专业本科以上学历；
3.Familiar with logistics management flow;
熟悉物流管理业务流程；
4.Familiar with customs & commodity inspection flow;
熟悉海关和商检流程；
5.Familiar with MRP/ERP system;
熟悉MRP/ERP 环境；
6.Good skills of Office & outlook software, Mastery of MS Office software, especially Excel;
熟练使用Office和Outlook软件，掌握MS Office软件，尤其是Excel；
7.Good command of English (listening, reading, writing, speaking) ;
英语听、说、读、写能力优秀；
8.Good abilities of Communication skills,Teamwork,Planning and organizing skills，Analysis and problem solving，People management,Talents coaching and development.
