TASK DESCRIPTION
 Daily Maintenance management In charge of daily management and maintenance of whole plant instrument& control system,Ensure operation smoothly and safely. Quickly respond to troubleshooting and independently recover in time
Training&Coaching In charge of instrument and electricity operation procedures&best practices and provide training to E&I technicians
Contractor Management In charge of daily site maintenance service subcontract monitoring : service quality /safety, complying with maintenance procedure
Spare parts Management In charge of supporting spare part store to track key PLC, controller and electricity key spare part inventory and regular stock checking, and apply spare parts in system on time
Project Participation Participate new project or modification instrument / control system design / review, engineering quality monitoring and acceptance
Reliability Improvement Lead daily instrument / control system breakdown analysis,make correct and prevent actions, to reduce downtime as much as possible
Information Management In charge of setting up or updating all instrument archives and record instrument maintenance & repairing history.
PPM Management To manage the preventive and predictive maintenance (PPM) system and ensure that all electric , instrucment and control system are functioning well. Ensuring all instruments are properly calibrated/documented per regulation and corporate requirements
Standard Setting up Define and develop electric safety concepts and ensure related company codes and standards compliance.

1. Education Background
Bachelor degree or above, majored in automation/electric engineering.
2. Work Experience
At least 8 years relative electrical engineer working experience in large manufacturing plant.
Prefer relative working experience in chemical industrial, especially in extruder’s industrial.
3. Skills and knowledge
Familiar with PLC and frequency inverter knowledge, prefer experiences of ABB and Siemens
Familiar with national electrical standard
Strong self-learning ability
Familiar with industry automation theory and high-low-pressure electric power system.
Electric automation design ability and experience of electric equipment installation.
Familiar with maintenance system, like PPM etc.
Knowledge on electric safety and project management etc.
Good verbal and written communication capability in Chinese and English 举报 分享
