职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Resposibilities：
1) 飞机机械系统(包括动力、燃油、液压、飞控、环空，防火等专业)设计工作；
Aircraft mechanical system design work (including the power, fuel, hydraulic, flight control, annulus, fire and other professional);
2) 系统安全性分析评估；
System safty assessment
3) 制定适航审定计划；
Make certification plan
4) 铁鸟试验
Iron Bird Test
5) 编制机械系统机上功能试验和试飞文件；
Preparation documents of Mechanical system on aircraft function test and flight test
6) 协助及指导生产部完成机械系统安装与调试；
Assist and guide the production dept. of installation and rigging of Mechanical system ;
7) 机械系统适航验证试验和试飞工作；
Certfication test and flight test of Mechanical system.
8) 编写机械系统设计、适航、用户资料及其它技术文件；
Compile documents of the Mechanical system about design, certfication, user data and other technical documents.
9) 必要时派遣德国参与海星飞机机械系统设计工作；
Participate in the Mechanical system design of Seastar aircraft in Germany If necessary.
10) 上级安排的其他任务;
Any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

岗位要求 Job Requirements：
1) 航空设计等相关专业本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above in aeronautics related majors.
2) 5年以上相关岗位工作经验；
5 years or above related working experience.
3) 熟悉CCAR-23、CCAR-21适航规定；
Be familiar with Airworthiness regulations of CCAR-23、CCAR-21.
4) 熟悉DO160、DO254、DO178、ARP4754、ARP4761等航空工业标准；
Be familiar with Aviation Industry Standard of DO160、DO254、DO178、ARP4754、ARP4761 and so on.
5) 具备NX、AutoCAD、Enovia VPM或相关软件使用能力；
Ability of using related design software of NX、AutoCAD、Enovia VPM and so on.
6) 能够熟练运用英语沟开展专业技术工作。

Dornier Seawings Co. The Seastar is purely unique in the design of corrosion-free composite airframe, wide-track corrosion-resistant landing gear including brakes and rims, centre-line engine configuration. All these designs ensure superior performance in speed, range, endurance, safety, cabin size and maintenance costs. The Seastar aircraft is able to perform take-off and landing capabilities both on runway and water surface. In general, it is a multi-purpose seaplane covering a wide range of commercial, governmental/special and corporate missions as well as VIP-transport.
