Job Description:
Training & Development
? Analyze training needs, develop internal and external resource, implement defined plans and follow up training effectiveness
? Lead defined areas of training: delivery, develop training and maintain learning system
? Maintain employee band system, training & skill matrix and training metrics/reports
? Assist employee development program, talent review and career path design
? Maintain training relevant documents, records and report and support relevant audit needs
Cultural
? Lead IMMI cultural construction:
a. Internal teaching – initiate, develop, coordinate and / or implement internal programs to develop IMMI cultural understanding and development of employees
b. External events – initiate, develop, coordinate and or lead external events bringing IMMI cultural heart in to the community and developing engagement of internal IMMI people to support these areas
General HR
? Assist annual performance management
? Supervise employee engagement and relevant program
? Assist HR OPX implementation
? Assist company activity and other assignations by HRM
Job Requirement :
? Bachelor’s degree or above/Human resource or Managerial
? Good in English in translation and conversation
? Proficient in OFFICE and media/new media tools
? 3 years’ above TD related working experience
? Knowledge of career development/ competence model/DACUM is preferred
? Independently thinking and strong in organizing
? Can manage several tasks at same time and strong ability in implementation
? Being accountable.
