职位描述：
Education:
? Minimum of a college degree in mechanical or electromechanical or other closely related field.

Work Experience:
? 5 years working experience as a manufacturing engineer or process engineer.
? Working for foreign invested company experience is preferred.

Knowledge and capabilities:
? Familiar with electromechanical device assembly process.
? Technical knowledge in mechanical or electronic.
? Familiar with 7 basic method of IE, project management experience is preferred.
? Familiar with WI, PFMEA etc. process document.
? Strong computer skills, skilled at Auto CAD is preferred.
? Ability to read, speak and write in English.

Job Responsibility:
? Acts as liaison between Technology and Production to address manufacturing issues.
? Participate in drawing review and DFA.
? Responsible for design manufacturing process, including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment (including jigs, fixtures and tools)
? Responsible for production layout design and production line set-up.
? Responsible for work instruction and operator skill training.
? Create and maintain production BOM.
? Follow up engineering change.
? Drive for continue improvement.
? On line trouble shooting and implementing preventive action.
? Support Quality Coordinator to solve quality problem and quality improvement.
? Other Tasks required by Manager.
