职位描述：
1. Give the customers training on Gonvvama products and process
2. Manage the product validation process by providing official certifications, material data, testing reports and samples, making sure the conformity before delivery to ensure the needs of customers can be achieved.
3. Prepare the samples to meet the customer’s specification requirement.
4. Manage the lead time of sample and follow up to make sure all sample trials finished.
5. Collect all specification requirement from customer, check with the plant about the feasibility and feedback to customers with technical solutions to their requirement.
6. Manage the cost saving activities with related to the customers.
7. When material blocked by customers, negotiate with customer to accept or partially accept it for quality concession.
8. Manager the customer claims by collecting the claims information, visit the customer, make investigation and negotiate with customers to define the action plans to meet the customer satisfaction.
Skills/Education/Experience:

？ College education or abve
● Strong communication skills and team spirits
？ Creative problem solving skills
？ Open minded and highly motivated to learn
？ Proficient knowledge of steel or automotive process.
？ Knowledge of Microsoft Office
● Strong convincing and influencing capability
