职位描述：

1.Participate in new product design & development process especially in tooling support, working with R&D and maintenance.

2.Develop the cost estimates of new product tooling and prepares the tooling evaluation, schedules and activities for management review.

3.Perform and/or coordinate the tooling and fixture design, manufacturing, start up and debug with vendors, in order to meet quality requirements and to ensure the new product development on target timeline as well as cost budget.

4.Prepare or work out the tooling, fixture and equipment manufacturing project with coordination of Quality teams to advance quality level. Explore new technology, new materials and manufacturing process on Product.

5.Development including external tooling vendors in order to provide technical expertise in tool manufacturing process.

6.Participate in tooling supplier making projects and seek for the lower cost tooling manufacture opportunities.

7.Prepare and update all manufacturing procedures, including tooling design, fixture, and vendor sourcing and/or controls.

8.According to the production and new project develop, cooperate with superior leader to launch new equipment project, participate equipment design, follow manufacture process, start up,debug.

职位要求：

1.College degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related.

2.More than 5 years working experience in special machining or nonstandard machining or fixture / tooling design experience.Experienced in synthesis of pneumatic and hydraulic and electronic control.

3.Good English (both written & oral)

4.Medium-grade professional title and knowledge of special tool design are necessary.Ample knowledge of the technical aspects of nonstandardautomachine.
