岗位职责：
Leads all aspects of IT system operation in Wuxi site which includes but not limited to Server, end user device , data voice networking , security and SOP execution following enterprise IT operation SOP and policy
? Works with senior management onsite and IT personnel including CIOs and architects to ensure business alignment
? Directs complex IT system continuously improvement initiatives in Wuxi site
? Sponsorship to the IT service and operation projects in Wuxi site and work closely with PMO to governance the IT service projects, accountable for the project success
? Negotiates and drives approval process for statements of work and vendor contracts/renewals in Wuxi site, including business case ROI determination for all IT service related activities
? Directs teams leading vendor management and issue resolution support, including I and II level support for help desks
? Technically has expertise to understand the architecture team deliverables and translate to IT service management criteria
? Understand ITIL service operation best practice and strong execution ability to push the execution
? Six Sigma continuously improvement mindset and practical experience to drive service excellence
? Coordinate the continuous improvement and documentation of policies, procedures, and technical controls. Review incidents and recommend improvements to existing strategy.

? Ability to work across diverse organizations and lead complex internal and external project teams
? Preferred Technical background/understanding in areas of Cisco, MPLS, TCPIP, VoIP, Microsoft Platform, Hyper-V, VMWare
? Have skilled knowledge of IDC Operation and integrate the global resources.
? Bachelor’s degree and above with 5+ years’ IT service and operational experience, and Information Security Competencies in the company with global instances, complete with Skills and Behaviors:
  a. Customer Service and problem solving Skills. Creative and pay attention to the details
  b. Strong English verbal, presentation, and written skills
  c. Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices, including the ISO 27000 family. Demonstrated knowledge of recognized security industry standards and leading practices (e.g., ISO 27001, etc.)
  d. Strong technical experience in least of one following area:
   ? Network technologies and platforms (e.g., TCP/IP, routing protocols, subnet, VLAN, QoS, MPLS, access control list, firewall, router, switch, VPN, load balancer, network traffic analysis, IDS/IPS, proxy, etc.).
   ? Server and workstation technologies and platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.).
   ? Middleware technologies and platforms (e.g., databases, web server, application servers, etc.).
   ? Broad knowledge of security technologies, solutions, and tools (e.g., encryption technologies, SIEM, DLP, AV, port scanners, vulnerability scanners, etc.).
   ? A high level knowledge of physical security strategies, devices and deployment objectives.
   ? Broad knowledge of operational and security processes/controls (e.g., vulnerability management, patch management, configuration management, access management, etc.).
