General Function:
Provide Production support in the areas of equipment/process set-up, Preventative Maintenance, improvements/enhancements troubleshooting, and repair, to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant.

Essential Responsibilities:

? Maintain equipment management system such as machine qualification, technical information records, PM schedule and checklist, spare parts management and fixture management.

? Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and fixtures to ensure safe, reliable, and predictable operation on regular basis.

? Be responsible for purchasing and management of spare parts and consumable materials.

? Be responsible for solving equipment problems and reducing breakdown.
? Provide relative training for techinican and operators.
       
? Participating in equipment capability and quality improvement project.
? Be responsible for qualifying new equipment and developing new equipment design for new project.

? Summarize and provide records for equipment capability \management cost and efficiency and improvement proposals.

Basic Qualifications:

EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in mechanical/electric engineering, mechanic design/electric automation.

EXPERIENCE
Must have a bachelor degree, and 3 or more years of work experience in a related work environment.

CERTIFICATIONS
None required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical Effort: Stand and walk constantly. Must be able to lift 25Kg occasionally, 15Kg frequently, and 10Kg constantly.
Working Conditions: Must be able to be mobile for the entire day as required.
Hazards: Negligible, little or no exposure to hazards
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Basic electrical and pneumatic system understanding is required, PLC automation is preferred.
? Be familiar with using kinds of hardware tools and have a strong operational ability, fixture making experience is preferred.
? Demonstrated experience on problem soving/preventive and daily maintenance, TPM experience is preferred.
? Proficient to use Microsoft software(Word/Excel/Powerpoint), be familiar with AutoCAD is preferred.
? Understand basic Lean /Continuous improvement tools and princples.

? Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin. Good in speaking and writing English.
