职位描述：

Main Responsibilities:

- Offer mould supplier selection suggestion, mould performance evaluation etc.mould acceptance, debugging and maintenance etc.

- Responsible for making out and implementing the preventive maintenance and mould history base on TS16949 requirement.

- Lead team to focus on TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), deliver the low maintenance cost and high productivity results to achieve department goal matrix.

- Participate in various projects to support new product launch, new mould incoming, build the mould acceptance standard etc.

- Supervise and train mould technicians and operators. Contact mould manufacturers or other suppliers for trouble shooting.

- Mould documents management and spare parts management.

- Continuous improvement on moulds and fixtures.

- Cooperate for the implementation of company EHS.

- Responsible for identifying the environment factors for own department and area.

- Responsible for compiling the control plan of environment factors scheme.

- All other related works assigned by supervisor.
