职位描述：
工作内容:
1.Developing and optimizing drill process for more and more tight design on back drill, blind drill, stack via, and laser via design.
2.Working out and maintaining process WI,CP,FMEA,RF, etc.
3.Review& optimizing drill quality based on scaling, machine and parameter.
4.Participate in Quality Improvement Team’s to resolve Quality issues.
5.Provide technical support to Production, Materials and Manufacturing Engineering in the event of quality problem occurring.
6.Implement process optimizing and based on quality cost saving.
7.Responsible for defects analyzing, improving& documentation.

任职资格:
◆ 教育背景:
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, chemical, or mechanical.
◆ 培训经历
1. Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC tools
2. Experience with HITACHI& Hans drill machine.
3. Experience with Laser drill.
4. Prior experience providing detailed reviews on complex/technical specifications& trouble shootings.
5. Broad technical background with general knowledge of DOE, MSA& Diagrams.
◆ 经验:
3 years or above engineer background in PCB industry, experience on multilayer PCB Manufacture ( Skilled on kinds materials’ parameter).
◆ 技能技巧:
1.. Detailed oriented and very organized.
2. Good writing and communication skills
