职位描述：

Responsible :
1. Performs software tests on applications.
2. Troubleshoots software problems of moderate difficulty.
3. MES & ANT Functionality to ensure the delivery program meet the customer requirements.
4. Work closely with Production in the evaluation and implementation of MES application updates, changes and sustain the new material setup in MES system.
5. Interfaces with internal and external customers for requirements analysis. (eg. Functional spec, test case..)
6. Standardization of the MES Data modeling and ANT information data.
7. Develop methods for maintaining and documenting adherence to MES policies and procedures for manufacturing and information systems.
8. Provide support for an integrated manufacturing execution platform. Assure reliable 24/7 operation of integrated manufacturing systems.
9. Provide training to production floor personnel in the proper operation of the MES.
10. Manage and report on adjustments to scope, schedule, and issues

 

职位要求:

Requirements :
1. University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems.
3. Experience in equipment automation will be an advantage.
4. Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft Excel VBA, in PL/SQL (Package, Function, Trigger and etc).
5. Hands-on work experience with an MES product.
6. Good understanding of compliance requirements and experience validating electronic systems.
7. Understanding of basic computer hardware functions, Microsoft Windows 2008 R2, and related IT infrastructure to effectively troubleshoot issues relating to the MES system.
8. Experience with Data Mining, Mass data upload, database design, VBA Programming knowledge
9. Experience implementing User Requirements through ongoing continuous improvement of the MES.
10. Understanding of manufacturing execution systems and applications used in manufacturing.
