工作职责：
Job duties:
1. Be responsible for specified projects and take overall responsibility of specified delivery, schedule, quality, cost areas.
负责指定的项目，并负责项目的按时交付，进度，质量和成本的控制。
2. Launch project teams come from development, operation, supply chain and quality department to ensure a validated business case and project target.

3. Responsible to lead R&D teams to complete all preparation working for trial build, resolving resource/development schedule/quality issues, making a reliable prototype on time deliver to customer.

4. Engage operation teams in NPI capacity planning, resolve process/yield/quality issues, in order to quick ramp up and mass production.
带领运营团队进行NPI 的计划，解决资源/良率/质量问题，确保快速进入批产。
5. Work with Marketing teams to develop marketing messaging and collateral for all new solutions offerings.
与营销团队一起挖掘市场信息，提供有关新的解决方案。
6. Maintenance pricing structure and deliver cost tracking and management for established specified projects.
维护价格结构，提供并追踪既定项目的成本管理目标。
7. Manage risk of specified project activities during variant project management phases.
管理在变化的项目管理阶段中所指定的项目活动的风险。
8. Accept full responsibility and continually evaluate/improve product technical and financial, cost management.
负责产品技术的持续改进，成本的管理。
9. Organize and hold the regular or irregular meeting with customer together Account Manager.
和销售经理，客户组织定期或不定期的会议。
10. Report projects status to top management and client.
给高层和客户汇报项目状态。
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the company
执行公司安排的其他工作。
12. Comply with company's regulations, policies, as well as, the company employment and safety policies requirements.
    遵守公司的法规，政策以及公司的就业和安全政策要求。


任职资格：
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree majoring electronics, or telecommunication engineering, at least three years project management working experiences in system or telecommunication components field ；
本科以上学历，主修电子或通信工程，至少在系统或通信产品领域内有三年的项目管理工作经验。
2. CET 6 or the same level, good ability in listening, oral speaking, reading and writing, English can be working language, experience of real work in overseas countries is a plus ；
英语6级或同等水平，良好的听、说、读、写能力；有海外工作经验者优先
3. Be responsible, good work mentality under high pressure, good resource coordination capability ；
有责任心，有抗压能力，有良好的协调能力。
