职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Quality (all tasks for mass production)
- The interface to customer for customer complain and feedback, business trip sometime is required.
- To handle customer complain/feedback by validate/pilot the PDCA-FTA.
- To maintain QIM system.
- To introduction, deployment, trace, stability audit for LLC.
- To organize customer quality audit.
- To create/drive continue improvement plan standing customer point of view.
- To deal color matching issue with customers.
- To define color standard sample with customers.
- During color matching tuning phase, give road map to Painting process engineer to adapt color versus customer standards.

Production quality (all tasks for mass production)
- To validate supervisor-leading-activities of all production activities comply with control plan.
- To validate the line QRQC implementation led by supervisor.
- To validate/conduct internal PDCA-FTA (internal PDCA-FTA is only assigned by APU manager), validate problem solving, validate defect goods handling.
- To attend the PFMEA audit.
- To conduct process audit, product audit.
- To conduct the MSA analysis per control plan.
- To validate the SPC.
- To lead the activity of IPQC & OQC.
- To update the control plan as needed to keep control plan as a living system.
- To do statistics and analysis for quality performance, create/drive corrective/improvement plan.
- To validate production’s 4M change.
- To validate the first pieces of parts for color match.
- To train the operator for color match competence.
- To support failure analysis for color match issue.

Experience/Education/Qualifications Level and Skills:
- Bachelor degree majored in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 3+ years’ professional experience on Engineering or customer technical support. Automotive industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of TS16949, SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, CPK, CP, PPK.
- Have experience on color matching.
- Good English skill both oral and written.
- Familiar with 8D, PDCA-FTA is plus. 举报 分享
