Role Summary:
职责概括: 1. The resource will be integrated in the MT1SAP team as SAP Functional Specialist reporting dotted line to Italian SAP manager and solid line to Wuxi IT manager as local reporting structure;
该岗位也属于意大利总部SAP团队中一员，直线汇报给无锡工厂IT经理，虚线汇报给意大利SAP经理；
2. Work with HQ team to provide daily SAP support for Wuxi two plants and drive business to implement new functions/modules;
与总部团队一起为无锡两个工厂提供日常的SAP支持，根据业务需要完成新的职能模块；
3. Mission is to ensure the ITT ERP system (MT1SAP) effectively supports business processes within the external logistics area (sales, shipping, billing, EDI).
该岗位职责需要针对ITT SAP系统提供有效地业务过程支持，尤其在物流方面（包含销售，发货及运输，开票和EDI接口）。
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务： 1. User support mainly related to WUXI location, troubleshooting and root cause analysis;提供用户支持主要是无锡工厂相关，解决问题及原因分析；
2. EDI communication with customers and suppliers;与客户和供应商沟通EDI（SAP与其他客户熊的电子数据交换）需求；
3. Standardisation setting and implementation;标准化配置及实施
4. Development of new functionalities within the system (including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions that support specific client needs);新功能开发（收集客户化需求，设计解决方案，配置系统，测试，培训，实施和维护）
5. Business process documentation;业务流程文档化；
6. Strong and daily alignment with MT1SAP Team;较强的团队协作能力，和意大利SAP团队保持日常沟通
7. Support in launching of the system in new locations in collaboration with central MT1SAP Team;与意大利SAP团队协作，支持SAP系统在新站点的导入；
8. Supporting world-wide SAP projects and overall SAP support to business needs;根据业务需要，支持全球SAP项目
9. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
主管指定的其他工作。
Years of Experience in the positions:
本岗位工作经验： 1. Experience with SAP support in multinational environment (SD, LE, EDI area)；跨国企业SAP经验；
2. MM, WM and PP skills a favorable plus；MM，WM和PP模块经验优先；
3. Above 6-year working experience and 2~3 years automotive industry experience. 6年以上工作经验，其中2-3年汽车行业经验。
Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above; 本科以上学历；
2. Good communication skills；良好的沟通技能；
3. Analytical skills, ABAP coding skills a plus; 分析技能，ABAP代码经验；
4. Ability to travel to domestic and international location if required.能够适应国内外出差。
