Role Summary:
职责概括: Potential successor of R&D Manager, will be able to manage the whole functions.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务： 1. Make RD sustainable and good connection with global RD organization;
2. Provide overall leadership to the development of the automotive test system business in China;
3. Balance both short term sales objectives with longer term strategic objectives;
4. Build strong relationships with China automotive customers as well as internal relationships;
5. Cooperate with PM to develop products, mix, formulate for Chinese market;
6. Lead people and motivate people, problem solving internally and at customers’ location, know very well the applications, and able to understand customer’s needs and build intimacy;
7. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
Years of Experience in the positions:
本岗位工作经验： 3-5years of experience in product development, material science, or testing in plastic, pharmaceutical, rubber, polymers industries.
Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求： 1. Bachelor degree in chemistry;
2. Good communication skills;
3. Patient, responsible, hardworking and diligent;
4. Able to build strong and deep customer relationships ;
5. Exhibits a strong ‘can-do’ attitude;
6. Exhibits strong global teaming and leadership skills;
7. Leadership for the local team on specific customer opportunities;
8. Auto industry and/or test experience is a plus, but not a requirement;
9. Good strategic and lateral thinking skills;
10. Flexible for overseas business trip and trainings;
11. Team work spirit.
