职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Proactive involvement in quality issues related to New product Development.
2. Support all quality engineering functions wrt new products, ie Customer Complaint, PPCM, risk assessment, Special Clearance, Shipment Halt and Release.
3. Run internal line audit for the new line or part of the new line before the full release to production.
4. React to failure from debugging run with cooperation and support from the development group.
5. Make sound decision on the required evaluation, pre-production release reliability test run of the new product for particular risk assessment.
6. Analyse correctly the analysis made by the FA or reliability group based on the result given.
7. Setup Outgoing QA Buyoff and drive team to resolve OQA rejects in reducing escapee to customer.
8. Perform New product Reliability Qualification and Reliability Evaluations.

Job Requirements:
1. Qualification type (eg. MBA, B.Sc, B.Eng, B.A):
- B.Sc in E&E Engineering or B.Sc in related semiconductor field.
2. Professional skills or special certificate required for this position (eg. Computer Skills, SAP, electricity, forklift, etc):
- Experience in conducting quality audit, problem solving FMEA, SPC, PPAP, Reliability, FA, etc.
- Experience in NPI would be an advantage.
3. Individual, interpersonal and/or managerial competencies required for this position (eg. flexibility, stress tolerance):
- Proactive in dealing with quality issues and amp problems.
