职位描述：
1. Responsible for annual headcount budgeting and recruitment plan;
2. In charge of the recruiting activities of all positions below manager level, including posting advertisement, screens application, phone interview, organize interview, reference check, etc. in accordance with relevant SOP;
3. Review and update Job Description with each department regularly;
4. Assist in maintaining and developing recruitment channels, recruitment website, head-hunters and labor agencies;
5. Conduct exit interview and analyze recruitment related data like turnover report;
6. Responsible for annual training needs analysis, develop annual training & development plan
7. Other projects or tasks assigned
1. University Degree with major in Human Resources, business management or other related fields.
2. 5 years working experience in recruitment and training function in multinational companies.
3. Experienced in talent selection, high sensitivity, good judgment
4. Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
5. Balanced and can work under pressure
6. Good interpersonal skills, disciplined, attention to details, well organized
7. Team spirit
