职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. New supplier Introduction, market survey by using IT technology and other information channel, analyses the information and select potential supplier
2. Implement AC Wuxi sourcing strategy, use supplier selection criteria and skill to audit the potential supplier and select suitable supplier
3. New products PPAP follow-up , clarify and communicate with supplier about our requirement, follow-up the procedure of PPAP
4. Negotiation, achieve win-win situation;
5. Contract handling, by using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the favorable supply contract and follow-up
6. Project management with cost and timing control ;
7. Supplier management establishes logistic system with supplier, set up the target for in time delivery and follow-up, timely solve the delivery issues in daily operation.
8. Handle LEP project with suppliers to support LEAN production in AC;
9. Support QIP project with SQA.

Main Requirements:
1. University education background, with 5 years working experience within manufacturing environment
2. Have sourcing experience at least 3 years proven work record
3. Good negotiation skill with certain economic and legal knowledge, Good English, Chinese and computer skill 举报 分享
