职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Download SA from customer’s website and maintain it in SAP.从客户网站下载客户需求并且在SAP里进行维护。
2. Organize MRP daily activities to ensure customer demand can be met on time.组织MRP日常安排以确保及时达到客户需求。
-Define delivery details for every customers according to sales data, and work together with logistic person 根据销售数据明确发货内容，并配合物流相关人员的工作。
-Coordinate with Production department to ensure on time delivery.和生产部门紧密配合来确保订单的准时交付。
-Weekly review inventory and material status, Analyze the needs of different customers, adjust the safety inventory.每周审核存货清单和物资，分析不同客户的需求调整安全库存。
-Production planning tracing, and warning for blocking.生产计划追踪。
3. Keep contact with customer for SA, delivery and other issue.更新客户需求及发货和其他问题，和客户保持紧密联系
4. Works together with buyer to ensure RM on time delivery.与采购员一起合作来确保直接物料的准时交付。
5. To understand production capacity fully, and keep communication closely with production department.对产能有充分的了解，与生产部保持紧密的沟通。
6. Keep closely communication with Sales, especially when customers adjust their SA a lot.与销售部门保持良好的沟通，特别是当客户需求变化较多的情况下。
7. Prepare inventory report monthly.每月完成库存报表。
8. Finish the task assigned by manager.完成上级领导分配的其他工作任务。
Requirements:
1. University degree or equivalent through experience本科学历或同等工作经验。
2. 3+ years of working experience in procurement, have experience working for machinery plant is prefer.3年以上采购相关工作经验，有机械行业背景优先。
3. Technical and operation expertise熟悉机械与操作相关专业知识优先。
4. Sound technical knowledge of the different systems and materials used in our business.了解不同系统的机械知识和材料的运用优先。
5. SAP or other ERP system knowledge must be required.掌握SAP或其他ERP系统。
6. Strong negotiation skills优秀的谈判技巧优先。
