You have a technical background and a commercial feel. You looking for a dynamic working environment? You believe there is always a better way and love a challenge? We’re looking for a project sourcing engineer at Pan-Asia Gas Technology to be part of our project commodity sourcing team.

As project sourcing engineer, you design the supply chain of new products and deliver projects on time in full. You will play an active role in creation of the future generation of oil-injected screw and refrigerant dryer products.

You:
1. Contribute to the company’s mission of product leadership and cost leadership by selecting the right supplier base for new products
2. Set up a time frame taking the available resources and priorities into consideration. Coordinate tasks of commodity sourcing to respect to the set project planning
3. Look for innovative ideas in the market and challenge suppliers to come up with innovative solutions
4. Control product cost and set target prices for each part
5. Define and implement sourcing strategies to ensure sustainable quality, deliveries and cost from suppliers
6. Build up commercial and technical knowledge and understanding of raw material price evolution
7. Implement supplier qualification procedures to ensure right suppliers are being selected.
8. Work according to a lessons learned approach and believe there is always a better way.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: This includes but does not limit to age, gender, education, working experience, language,
Computer and personality.

Experience requirements
1. Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing company
2. Experience with oil-injection screw compressors and refrigerant dryers is a plus
3. Experience in project management is a plus.


 Knowledge / Educational requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related area.
2. Technical knowledge and knowledge of business practices and commercial terms
3. Good knowledge of MS Office and understanding of ERP systems
4. Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)

Pan-Asia introduction
To further improve the efficiency of the assembly operations for oil-injected screw compressors and air treatment in East China, Atlascopco group has decided to move the engineering and production competence of oil-injected screw compressors from Bolaite to Wuxi.

Pan-Asia Gas Technology (Wuxi) is a newly created company located in current Pneumatech premise which will host oil - injected screws of Bolaite and small refrigerant dryers, air receivers and small filters of Pneumatech.
