职位描述：
1. 负责新项目导入过程中的质量管控策划，包括制造风险评估。
2. 负责PDU量产产品质量的整体流程和更稳定的质量水平。
3. 组织分析和改善任何制造中失败的原因，找出根本原因进行纠正和预防措施。
4. 采取积极的方式来提高产品、降低成本。减少客诉来增加客户的满意度。
5. 制定质量控制计划，管理来料检验、过程质量控制。
6. 有精益生产的概念，优化产量，改善品质和生产量，降低报废。

任职要求：
1．主修电子电气类相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 5年以上PCBA或者PDU产品工作经验，熟悉PCBA或者PDU生产工艺流程。
3. 对质量的基本原理有一定的实践和理论知识，熟悉六西格玛，SPC ，8D，5why等。
4. 很强的决策力和良好的生产流程和精艺生产的理解力。
5. 良好的沟通和解决问题的能力，诸如7步问题解决法和PDCA等。
