职位描述：

岗位概况

负责公司设备的维修保养以及设施的维护保养，确保公司设备正常运行。

岗位职责和责任：

1、协助设备主管完成设备维修保养并做好自主点检，为设备主管决策提供信息支持

（1）根据公司发展战略，协助设备主管制定公司年度设备点检保养计划，并负责实施

（2）负责搜集、整理和分析合作厂商管理资料/信息，并形成分析报告

（3）定期、准确向生产经理和相关部门提供有关设备运行信息，为公司设备管理决策提供信息支持

2、对供应商的元器件质量管理

（1）对设备更换的元器件进行追溯，易损的及时进行记录

（2）及时把问题元器件反馈给供应商，请供应商进行进一步判定

（3）负责厂务设施的维护维修

（4）参与内部生产设备的保养计划制定

（5）参与设备事故分析，提出解决建议

（6）参与建立设备台账管理档案

3、完成部门主管交办的其他工作任务

其他：

1. 积极参与促进持续改进的精益六西格玛项目

2. 遵守公司和职位相关的所有政策和安全规程

3. 能够配合工作需要加班

4. 完成领导分配的所有其他职责

岗位要求

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 机电一体化专业优先；

3. 2年以上设备维修工作经历；

4. 熟悉机械传动，液压，气动；熟悉变频拖动，PLC控制系统的维护维修，空压机维护；

5. 具备精加工基础 ；
