Job Description:

1) Responsible forPCBA transfer/localization

2) To reviewwith Industrialization team for all deliverables of new design PCBA

3) To join PCBAprocess qualification for PCBA produced in EMS if needed

4) Backend(non-SMT) machine management

5) Tocontribute WPF PCBA process competency improvement

6) Lead/participatenew product PCBA process design, to provide plant constrain regarding PCBAmanufacturing

7) To reviewwith central team for manufacturability & testability of PCBA (contributeto DFX studies)

8) Analyze PCBAlayout, provide DFM requirement for new design PCBA

9) Manage/participatePCBA pilot run to be sure PCBA PPEP process been well respected and follow upaction plan with related party after SIL

10) To reviewPCBA process specification, including qualification plan with central team andsupplier for new design PCBA and PCBA localization

11) Qualify PCBAprocess with quality department together and Manufacturing team, and transferthe responsibility of PCBA supplier management to operation team after massproduction

12) Providetraining to WPF employee in related field (PCBA process)

13) Manage EMSsupplier in terms of process related items, like NRE, spare parts, etc.

14) Contributeto PCBA supplier annual audit

15) Manage product s technicaldocuments and changes to guarantee the products manufactured in WPF are alignedwith the technical specifications defined by R&D/CE & support QVEefforts

Job Heart

1) Create PCBA process capability and continuousprocess improvement

2) Successful introduction of new PCBA projects, likere-balancing, OCP projects, etc.

3) Establish SPS implementation

4) Manage product (WPF manufactured PCBA) technical documents inside plant updated and aligned with productspecification from CE and related technical system

5) Act as coordinator for product (WPF manufactured PCBA)evolution process caused by quality, extension offer, productivity, obsolescenceetc with plant cross functions

6) Analysis and resolve technical issues linked withproduct (WPF mananufactured PCBA)

7) Involve in product ( WPFmananufactured PCBA) NPI project as technical engineer, support MPL accomplishproject with all necessary deliverables

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Job Related Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experiencein PCBA manufacturing environment

Business Understanding:

1. PCBA process knowledge

2. IPC standards knowledge

3. ESD knowledge

Others:

1. Fluent in both English and Mandarin

2. DFM knowledge

3. Lean and Six sigma knowledge
