岗位职责：
1 Use the Labview software to develop the testing program that can be implemented in factory test equipment/system, To Support Unit level Mass Build functional test and PCBA level mass build test.
2 Responsible for the product test(test sw and test hw) release regarding the product final test, PCBA FT , trouble shooting, for the PDU products in factory.
3 Lead the manufacturing test process and data analysis, trouble shooting and problem solving. Maintain factory test equipment/ATE sys
4 Ensure the products performance parameters are correct and functions comply with the established specifications and requirements; perform GR&R, CP/CPK analysis
5 Maintain a good recording system on tracking of the product test data and troubleshooting history. Create or develop proper test methods and tools to enhance test efficiency.
6 Coordinate with the internal departments for continues improvements.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree with major in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering.
2 5+ years of experience in testing of electronic/mechanical products in manufacturing industry. Familiar with PCBA build process, and unit level assembly process.
3 Proficient in Labview development/application for ATE system (Auto Test Equipment). Experienced on Auto test system setup/debug; familiar with PCBA test jig/BON development debug; Familiar with DFT concept.
4 Experienced on application IEEE488/RS232/RS485 communication protocol; and familiar with Power Product Electrical Parameters measurement & Power Calculation
5 Must be hands-on, intuitive and solution-oriented with good communication skills
6 Knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Problem Resolving method
7 A strong team player with flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and priorities.
8 Good English communication skill.
