职位描述：
SUVAST engages a Quality Manager to improve the global performance of the new factory, with the mission of:

· Manage the Quality Department by creating and implementing department strategy, through guiding, directing and developing department members professionally.

· Responsible for the quality management system and liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality system is functioning properly.

· Devising and establishing Company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.

· Manage on-site international certifications: QMS (ISO9001 and AS9100), EHS (ISO14001) and OHSAS (ISO18001)

· Reviewing customer requirements and ensure that the product is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.

· Follow and improve relationships with customers and establish quality requirements for external suppliers.

· Conduct process, products and suppliers quality audits, in accordance with the quality system requirements.

· Initiate and lead the follow-up of all necessary corrective and preventive actions due to non-conformities, participate in problem-solving activities to ensure effective root cause analyses, be responsible for monitoring customer complaints and corrective actions, hold back defective items and participate in scrap evaluation.

· Formulate and maintain quality objectives and coordinate objectives with the QMS and EHS / OHSAS procedures.

· Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality, health and safety management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set objectives.

 

Requirements / Education and Experience:

· Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (preferable in Metallurgy, Material Sciences or Chemistry).

· A proven experience in quality management: minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position in international and aerospace investment casting companies.

· Good competencies’, supervisory and management capabilities for NDT, Dimensional Inspection, Laboratory Testing, Metrological Laboratory according international and aerospace standards.

· Excellent planning, project management, communication and negotiating skills in multicultural companies.

· Be familiar with quality methods and software, such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Management, Six Sigma or SPC.

· Chinese mother tongue and fluent in English.

· Possess auditor certification for ISO9001 and AS9100 is a plus.

· Proficiency with the ISO 17025 standard is a plus. 举报 分享
