职位描述：
As a New Product Introduction Coordinator (NPI), you will develop, coordinate and maintain NPI project schedules and advertising component project schedules. You will also facilitate, coordinate and assist Customer Account Managers, Project Leaders and Team Members with all projects and the various components and aspects thereof.




Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Manage, maintain, create, & update all NPI progress reports and databases
* Coordinate and develop NPI project schedules with Customer Account Managers and Project Leaders
* Develop and update project management training material & AN/C formats
* Facilitate & coordinate project meetings and assist in problem solving for project development
* Maintain Hydraulics’ "Jobs" records database - calculate, update, and problem solve various (Manufacturing work order jobs) reports to be generated & distributed to a diverse group of people
* Arrange various meetings, develop agendas and assist with presentation development (PRC Meetings, ACE Meetings and various NPI Project Meetings)
* Create, maintain & update all project management schedules for Systems Engineering, Advanced Component Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, and special projects
* Assist peers within the group and promotes a spirit of cooperation and teamwork


Required Qualifications:

* Knowledge of accounting, financial accounting, and strong analytical skills
* Personal computer skills and familiarity with various software packages
* 2 years of technical school, an apprenticeship program, a junior college diploma, or the equivalent in on-the-job training
* 1 to 2 years of job-related experience
* Excellent communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

* Background in pricing, accounts payable, and/or controls
