job_description_responsibilities: 1. Follow the ITSM process to provide high level IT service to customers.
2. Works on hardware, application/technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions.
3. Works with limited assistance on increasingly complex hardware and software issues.
4. Follow the process to make the PC forecast and relevant purchasing, make sure not PC shortage
5. In time close the ticket and achieve the SLO target as defined in the yearly goal

required_skills_qualifications: 1. Good computer science knowledge and skills
2. Had the IT support experience in foreign company more than 2 years
3. Good communication skill, specially English written and spoken
4. Good skills in teamwork and cooperation
5. Positive attitude and fast learner
6. Muti-task handling capacity
