Job description
1.To administrate and solve incidents/problems assigned to the IT service desk
2.To support internal customers and provide solutions within various IT services, the areas are Lotus Notes, PC, LAN, WAN and Internet, etc.
3.To coordinate, control and manage the purchase of hardware and software with agreed authorization when applicable
4.Responsible for the installation of hardware and software including configuration and software upgrade
5.Performing the backup routines including the backups of daily, weekly and yearly, ensuring the backup routine including backup/restore testing is fulfilled according to the defined routine and maintain the storage of the tape is in good condition
6.Ensuring the IT systems, software license and infrastructure is in line with Group standards and comply to the security policy
7.Documentation of IT systems related area, process and procedure
8.To contribute and maintain continuous improvement as implementing standards with the overall target to increase efficiency

Experience requirements
-Experience in the same area with minimum 1 years
-1-2 years experience from first and second line service desk with frequent customer contact
-Solid experience in troubleshooting and fixing the IT systems
-Experience of a shared service environment would be an advantage
Knowledge/Educational requirements
-Work knowledge of IT support
-Good technical knowledge of PC, hardware, software, printer
-Good technical knowledge of Microsoft products
-Knowledge of networks, servers and applications
-Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or MIS
-Good English (spoken and written) is must

- Able to work in a team as well as independently, to be proactive and to work with many tasks simultaneously
- Analytical and willingness in problem solving in a complex environment
- Expected to be able to communicate with end-users using non-technical terms in a professional way
- Able to cross-border contact with other technical teams
